8:45 a.m. MacGregor reviews updated agreement with the City of Grangeville for dispatch and jail-advises that language was added to cover previous concerns about payment of medical bills for inmates arrested by the City. Brandt moves to approve the contract as presented. Duman seconds. Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.
