Idaho County Court Services provides probation supervision services for juvenile and adult misdemeanor offenders under the direction of the Second Judicial District Court and fiscally under the Idaho County Board of Commissioners.
Mission Statement
The mission of Idaho County Court Services is to protect the community from delinquency and crimes, impose accountability for offenses committed and to assist offenders in the development of the required competencies necessary to live productively and responsibly in the community.

- FYIDAHO: FYIdaho serves parents and caregivers of youth with mental health challenges through direct support and education. FYIdaho’s Teen programs serve youth through programs that focus on peer support and advocacy.
- Y.E.S. (Youth Empowerment Services) – YES is a system of care for youth in Idaho under 18 who may benefit from mental health support. YES uses a youth and family-centered, team-based, and strengths focused approach for early identification, treatment planning, and implementation of mental health care.
- Strengthening Families Program – An entertaining series of parenting and family-life skills for parents and children to watch together at home. It has 11 thirty-minute lessons including an Introductory Lesson that discusses the benefits of SFP to promote positive brain development and resiliency, and a Mindfulness segment to promote better emotional regulation. Free DVD’s available in the office.
