The Idaho County District Court Office has been targeted in a scam.  People, generally outside Idaho County, have been receiving text messages and phone calls threatening license suspension if they do not pay a ticket.  Some get a call-back number, and some get a link for payment.  We caution people against paying any fine or ticket based on a phone call or text message.  This is not how we notify people regarding delinquencies.  Please do not call the District Court office to report this scam—they are already dealing with numerous phone calls.  We appreciate your patience.
