 8:30 a.m. The board convened with Commissioners Skip Brandt, Mark Frei and Denis Duman and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Duman offered an opening prayer.

Brandt moves to go into Indigent proceedings pursuant to Idaho Code 31-874.  Duman seconds.  Roll call-District 1-yes; District 2-yes; District 3-yes

9:00 a.m. Brandt opens the Board of Equalization for Missed and Sub-occupancy rolls.  No protests were filed.  Commission closes Board of Equalization.

9:15 a.m. Frei moves to approve the minutes of the November 20 meeting.  Duman seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the catering permit for Happy Day Corp.  Duman seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the Orders of Cancellation as per Abbie Hudson.  Duman seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve replacement of the bulletproof glass in Dispatch per the quote from Schacher Construction for $2940.00.  Frei seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the grant correction as per CEDA.  Frei seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the Additional Meeting Requests for Brandt and Duman.  Duman seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.
