11:00 a.m. The board convened with Commissioners Skip Brandt, Jim Chmelik and James Rockwell, and Kathy Ackerman Clerk present.
The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Canvas of City Elections-no corrections, election certified.
11:15 a.m. Brandt moves to go into Executive Session pursuant to IC 31-874/Indigent. Rockwell seconds. Roll call-all in favor.

11:25 a.m. End Executive Session
11:25 a.m. Brandt moves to go into Executive Session pursuant to IC 67-2345(c). Rockwell seconds. Roll Call-all in favor.

11:35 a.m. Brandt moves to go into Executive Session pursuant to IC 67-2345(f). Chmelik seconds. Roll Call-all in favor.

1:00 p.m. The Board reconvenes.
Mike Cook regarding service agreement update for AWOS-discussion. Rockwell moves to accept new service agreement. Chmelik seconds. Motion carries.
Cook advises he has been working on getting payment for fuel from the Air Force for the Hofflander search-discussion. Cook advises he is meeting with Randy Squire regarding the title for the fuel truck-hopes to have the issue resolved soon, so sale can go through. Cook regarding a fire inspection of airport hangars-is sending out a letter to leaseholders with the scheduled date. Cook regarding trailer lease with Norm Lowe-discussion regarding reimbursement to Norm for the use of his personal vehicle for running errands. Discussion on the possibility of taking the water reimbursement that Lowe is to pay out of his paycheck. Cook regarding letter that Doumecq Highway District has proposed-letter would be sent to those residents who are in the area that will now be maintained by Doumecq Highway District. Commission has no objection to letter.
1:30 p.m. Larry Allen regarding two cabins that he owns, in addition to his primary residence-advises that Nez Perce County allows only one charge since a resident couldn’t possibly create garbage in multiple places at the same time-requests that at least one cabin be dropped-discussion. Charges will remain the same.
Allen regarding the Lochsa Land Exchange-questions why a committee has not been put together to identify better acres for exchange-discussion. Allen regarding lack of public notice on Idaho County proposal-Brandt advises that articles began in March with eleven or more articles appearing in the Free Press and the Tribune. Discussion.
2:00 p.m. Vern Meyer regarding keeping water and heat on in green house-discussion. Vern will make arrangements to get the propane checked.

Hiring of Road Department employee, Glenn Caldwell, at $12.50 approved.
2:15 p.m. Jim Gorges regarding change order on Search & Rescue Building for electrical/rough wiring. Brandt moves to approve change order for $18,600. Rockwell seconds. Motion carries.
Chmelik moves to approve minutes of the November 8 meeting. Rockwell seconds. Motion carries.
