 8:30 a.m. The board convened with Commissioners Ted Lindsley and Brad Higgins and Katey Hurd, Deputy Clerk present.  Commissioner Brandt is absent, but will call in for the Executive Session.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Higgins offered an opening prayer.

Lindsley moves to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)f for Legal.   Higgins seconds.  Brandt appears via phone.  Roll call-District 1-yes; District 2-yes; District 3-yes

9:20 a.m.  Lindsley moves to approve the minutes of the April 28 meeting.  Higgins seconds. Motion carries with Lindsley and Higgins in favor.  Brandt is absent.

Lindsley moves to approve the Orders of Cancelation as per Abbie Hudson. Higgins seconds. Motion carries with Lindsley and Higgins in favor.  Brandt is absent.

Lindsley moves to approve the transfer of Assessor’s Office employee Lennie Bentz to DMV.  Higgins seconds. Motion carries with Lindsley and Higgins in favor.  Brandt is absent.

Lindsley moves to approve an Additional Meeting Request for Lindsley, including milage and for Higgins.  Higgins seconds. Motion carries with Lindsley and Higgins in favor.  Brandt is absent.

9:30 a.m. Lindsley regarding Fort Misery Road Repair Bid Opening: Gentry Civil Corp – $4,139,065.06; Schreder & Brandt – $3,854,294.40; Western Construction of Lewiston – $4,347,331; Crea Construction Inc – $3,360,231; M.A DeAtley Construction, INC – $4,103,697.55; Knife River Corp – $ 3,759,000; Western Refinery Services, INC – $3,463,753.40; M. L. Albright & Sons, INC – $3,903,050.40    Bids will be reviewed and awarded at a later date.

10:00 a.m. Fiber Project RFP Opening: IIG (Intermountain Infrastructure Group) – $11,066 for monthly services.  Bid will be reviewed and awarded at a later date.
