The Board met at 8:45 a.m. with Randy Doman, Jim Rehder, Skip Brandt, Commissioners and Syd Fuzzell, deputy clerk present.

Mike Cook re: Cove Road – five year road agreement – no changes in roads – discussion followed – project agreement on Cove Road – Randy made motion to accept agreement. Jim seconded. Motion carried. Cove Road on master road agreement to apply funds up to $120,000.

June 2, 2008 minutes. Jim made motion to approve minutes. Skip seconded. Motion carried.

9:00 a.m. Ridge Runner Fire & Rescue Hearing – recorded10:00 a.m. Hearing recessed – will continue at 1:00 p.m.

10:00 a.m. Skip made motion to enter into executive session for indigent claims. I C 31874 – Jim seconded. Motion carried. Roll call taken.
