Mike Cook re: land acquisition at airport – Purdy property – commissioners signed. Discussion followed. Document – Real Estate purchase between Idaho County and Purdy Property. Discussion followed.
Baldwin Springs Reconsideration – Kirk MacGregor stated Jeremy Carr does not wish to be present at this meeting. Wanted his motion to be considered. Kirk discussed the items McLean wants reconsidered – problems with new easement – discussion followed on easement – McLean was not allowed to attend hearings because of his actions in front of the commissioners – McLean is protesting this. McLean stated commissioners have acted impartial with their decision.
James made motion to deny the motion for reconsideration. Skip second. Motion carried.
January 4, 2010 minutes. Jim made motion to approve minutes. James seconded. Motion carried with all in favor.
