Alcohol Catering Permit Application

Alcohol Catering Permit Application Process:

  1. Download and print the application HERE
  2. Application and fees must be submitted to the Idaho County Recorder’s Office by the licensee* at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
  3. The owner(s) of the State of Idaho Retail Alcohol Beverage License must be the one to sign the catering permit application.
  4. If the State of Idaho Retail Alcohol Beverage License is from another county, the application must be accompanied by a copy of the current State of Idaho license.
  5. A NON-Refundable fee of $20.00 per day for no more than five (5) consecutive days will be collected at the time the catering permit application is submitted to the Idaho County Recorder’s Office.
  6. Idaho County Recorder’s Office will process the application and collect the fees before routing the application to the Sheriff’s Office.
  7. All Catering Permits must be approved by the Idaho County Sheriff then by the Idaho County Commissioners during their scheduled business meeting.
