Alcohol Catering Permit Application Process:
- Download and print the application HERE
- Application and fees must be submitted to the Idaho County Recorder’s Office by the licensee* at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
- The owner(s) of the State of Idaho Retail Alcohol Beverage License must be the one to sign the catering permit application.
- If the State of Idaho Retail Alcohol Beverage License is from another county, the application must be accompanied by a copy of the current State of Idaho license.
- A NON-Refundable fee of $20.00 per day for no more than five (5) consecutive days will be collected at the time the catering permit application is submitted to the Idaho County Recorder’s Office.
- Idaho County Recorder’s Office will process the application and collect the fees before routing the application to the Sheriff’s Office.
- All Catering Permits must be approved by the Idaho County Sheriff then by the Idaho County Commissioners during their scheduled business meeting.
