 1:00 p.m. The board convened with Commissioners Skip Brandt and Denis Duman and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present.  Commissioner Lindsley is absent.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Duman offered an opening prayer.

Brandt advises that the Participating Agreement has been reviewed by Sandi Paul, Matt Jessup and himself-advises that there are several issues with this agreement and that changes to the evolving document are far different from what has been discussed-feels that we are at a point where it wouldn’t be prudent to sign the agreement-discussion.  Brandt moves to reject the Participating Agreement with the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest.  Duman seconds.  Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Lindsley is absent.

1:14 p.m. Hunter Edwards advises regarding corrections to H H Ranch Subdivision-discussion.  Brandt moves to approve Revision #2 of the H H Ranch Subdivision.  Duman seconds.  Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor.  Lindsley is absent.

1:17 p.m. Meeting adjourned.
