9:00 a.m. The board convened with Commissioners Skip Brandt, Ted Lindsley and Brad Higgins and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Higgins offered an opening prayer.

John Watson, JUB, and Guy VonBargen present update on the Upper Clearwater Transportation Plan that Watson has been working on with LHTAC-a grant in the amount of $30,000 was awarded to complete the update which will assist in future funding/grants for road projects-discussion. VonBargen suggests that a member of the Board attend the twice yearly meeting at the Road Dept.   A recap will be provided at the next meeting prior to voting on adoption of the plan.

VonBargen updates regarding the Ridgewood Road Culvert Repair-bid will be awarded next week.

9:15 a.m. Brandt regarding Lukes Gulch/Lamb Grade-Jessup is working on a draft ordinance.  VonBargen has provided quotes for new signs-these will be discussed further next week.

10:00 a.m. Brandt opens Public Hearing for the Budget.  Lyn Kzreminski is the only member of the public in attendance.  No comments.  Budget hearing closed at 10:15 a.m.

10:15 a.m. Meeting adjourned.
