The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Duman offered an opening prayer.

Brandt regarding Letter of Engagement with Matt Jessup.  Discussion regarding billing and use of paralegal.  Duman moves to approve the Letter of Engagement.  Brandt seconds.  Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.

Brandt moves to approve the Alcoholic Beverage License for Stites Grocery. Duman seconds. Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.

Brandt moves to approve the computer purchase for Kathy Ackerman.  Duman seconds. Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.

Brandt moves to approve the Certificate of Residency for Andrey Goubonov.  Duman seconds.  Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.

Brandt move to approve the quote from Stark Plumbing for a new sink for dispatch.  Duman seconds.  Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.

Brandt moves to approve the wage increases for Ashley Pineda, Sheila Key and Cody Funke.  Duman seconds.  Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.

Brandt moves to approve the wage increase for Earl Johnson, fill in employee for the Road Dept.  Duman seconds.   Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.

Brandt moves to approve the Additional Meeting Requests for Brandt and Duman.  Duman seconds. Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.

9:15 a.m. Josh Lustig regarding update on transition to Blue Cross-advises that employee meetings went well-discussion.

9:30 a.m. Kirk MacGregor regarding policing agreements-the terms vary from entity to entity and also in the duration of the agreement.  Discussion regarding ways to standardize and rates for services.

10:00 a.m. Abbie Hudson regarding Tax Deed Sales-Brandt advises which properties will be sold.

11:05 a.m. Nadine McDonald regarding MOU with Nez Perce County for Juvenile Detention-daily rate went up $25 per day, otherwise it’s the same.  Brandt moves to approve the MOU.  Duman seconds. Motion carries with Brandt and Duman in favor. Frei is absent.
