The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

2:00 p.m. Debbie Evans regarding grant application status for Elk City Water and Sewer.

 

2:15 p.m. Brandt moves to go into Indigent proceedings pursuant to IC 31-874. Rockwell seconds. Roll call-District 1 & 2 in favor. District 3 is absent.

2:30 p.m. Brandt regarding solid waste RFP’s.
