9:30 a.m. The board convened with Commissioners Jim Chmelik, Skip Brandt and Mark Frei and Bette Polack, Deputy Clerk present.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

9:34 a.m. Chmelik moves to go into Indigent proceedings pursuant to 31-874. Brandt seconds. Roll call-District I-yes; District 2-yes; District 3-yes.

0-Approval, 0-Denial, 0-Suspension, 1-Lien, 1-N1, 0-Lien Release, 0-Release N1

9:40 a.m. End Indigent.

Brandt regarding letter to Cheryl Probert regarding Buckhorn Loop-need to discuss this further with Mike Cook and make a few changes. Cook will come in a bit later to discuss corrections.

Chmelik moves to approve payment to Brandt for 2 days of plumbing work to fix Courthouse water line issue. Frei seconds. Motion carries with Chmelik and Frei in favor. Brandt abstains.

Additional meetings: Brandt and Frei will both be attending meeting regarding dams on Wednesday, November 16.

10:45 a.m. Canvass of November 8, 2016 Election.

Chmelik moves to accept the Canvass of Votes for the November 8, 2016 General Election with changes. Brandt seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the minutes of the November 8 meeting as amended. Chmelik seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
