MAY SESSION             MAY 9, 2022       SPECIAL TERM DAY

 12:04 p.m. The board convened with Commissioners Skip Brandt and Ted Lindsley and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present. Commissioner Duman is attending via phone.

Gene Meinen, via phone, updates Commission on the status of the Salmon River Road-one lane was open on Friday-presents quote from Cook and Sons for assisting in placing the rock over the edge-discussion.

Jessup questions the Emergency Declaration-Meinen advises that Luke’s Gulch should be added-discussion.

Brandt moves to approve Idaho County Resolution 2022-08.  Lindsley seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the quote from Cook & Sons.  Lindsley seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.

Meinen questions whether or not he should move ahead with Luke’s Gulch-discussion-Commission advises to move ahead as needed.

Meinen advises that he got some feedback regarding selecting the contractor-advises that the project is well below the threshold for bidding and procurement requirements.
