MARCH SESSION                       MARCH 25, 2020                    SPECIAL MEETING

 1:45 p.m. The board convened with Commissioners Skip Brandt, Denis Duman and Mark Frei and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Duman offered an opening prayer.

Discussion regarding essential services-James Zehner advises regarding what other area Assessor’s offices are doing.  Abbie Hudson advises that it is a very slow time of year in their office-they are getting by fine with limited public contact anyway.  Ackerman advises that we are still awaiting direction on the upcoming election-she will make arrangements for continuing to take recordings-passports and marriage license issuance will be suspended.

Commission authorizes Matt Jessup to check into acceptance of online bids for JUB’s upcoming projects and to move forward with changing the directive for the upcoming bid.

Discussion regarding hours of operation and how employees will access the building.

Meeting again tomorrow at 11 a.m.
