JUNE SESSION                June 9, 2010                   THIRD TERM DAY

 

 

            The Board met at 4:00 p.m. with James Rockwell and Jim Rehder, Commissioners, and Rose Gehring, Clerk, present.

 

            Jim made motion to enter into executive session for indigent hearing according to            I C 31-874.  James seconded.  Motion carried with all in favor.  Roll call taken.

 

            4:50 p.m.          Executive session ended.

 

            James made motion to deny indigent claim – applicant is not indigent – also requested Kirk MacGregor to do findings of fact/ conclusion of law and order declaring denial.  Jim seconded.  Motion carried with all in favor.

 

            Jerry Zumalt re:  E911 proposal that came in late due to the Fed Ex – overnight express.  Kirk stated in his opinion – after reading letter from Fed Ex – this is a valid bid – was late – do to no fault of the contractor.   James made motion to accept bid from 911 Inc.  Jim seconded.  Motion carried with both in favor.

 

            Jim made motion to amend agenda to open E911 bid that didn’t meet the time frame.  James seconded.  Motion carried with both in favor.

 

            Bid proposal as follows:   $177,493.18 from Nine One One Inc.

 

            The Board adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
