11:15 a.m. The board convened with Commissioners James Rockwell and Skip Brandt, and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present. Jim Chmelik is expected to be here after lunch.
The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Alcoholic Beverage License approval for Mountain River Outfitters LLC-beer and wine.
11:30 a.m. Rockwell moves to go into Indigent proceedings pursuant to IC 31-874. Brandt seconds. Roll call-District 1-yes, District 2-yes, District 3-absent.
0 Approval, 0 Denial, 1 Suspended/Tolled, 1-N1, 0-release-N1, 1-Liens, 0-Lien Release
11:35 a.m. End Indigent.
Rockwell moves to approve the minutes of the May 28 meeting. Brandt seconds. Motion carries with Brandt and Rockwell in favor. Chmelik is absent.
11:45 a.m. Break for lunch.
1:00 p.m. The board reconvenes.
Commission budget worksheet working session-review of projected expenditures.
1:30 p.m. Amended Subdivision Ordinance #59, previously adopted by unanimous vote on April 23, 2013, signed by Rockwell and Brandt. Chmelik is absent. Signature will be obtained upon his return.
1:35 p.m. Chmelik present. Rockwell moves to amend the agenda to include discussion item on the War Eagle Communication site. Chmelik seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
Jerry Zumalt presents letter to Kathryn Nash regarding War Eagle Communication Site Permit Application-discussion-no objection from the Commission-letter signed.
2:00 p.m. Jill Summers and Nancy Walker regarding janitorial update-things are going well overall. Commission asks for a proposal of real time hours expended on the janitorial positions-discussion. Return of 10 hours per week to schedule. The Commissioners will prepare a request for wage increase due to successful completion of probationary period.
