9:00 a.m. BOARD OF EQUALIZATION- The board convened with Commissioners Jim Chmelik, Mark Frei and Skip Brandt, and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present.

 

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

Heinz Sippel and Barbara Eisenberg-Not present-per Ron Funke, value of home was adjusted down slightly as it is not complete. He received an email this morning from them and they are satisfied with the adjustment.

 

9:05 a.m. Wilbern & Dolores Jones-Mr. Jones regarding value of property-reads written statement for consideration. Ron Funke-rebuttal-advises this was a reappraisal area this year, but that every property is looked at every year and values adjusted accordingly. Taken under advisement.

 

9:50 a.m. Buck Dewey regarding properties on Mackay Bar-wants explanation of increased value and how that translates to increased taxes. Discussion. Taken under advisement.

 

10:25 a.m. M-R Bar Holdings, LLC-not present-Ron Funke presents response to their written Protest of Valuation. Taken under advisement.
