8:30 a.m. The board convened with Commissioners Skip Brandt, Denis Duman and Ted Lindsley and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present.
The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Commissioner Duman offered an opening prayer.
Brandt moves to go into Indigent proceedings pursuant to Idaho Code 31-874. Duman seconds. Roll call-District 1-yes; District 2-yes; District 3-yes

8:45 a.m. Brandt moves to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b for personnel. Duman seconds. Roll call-District 1-yes; District 2-yes; District 3-yes
8:50 a.m. End Executive Session
9:00 a.m. Barb Grimm regarding request for road name-advises that the road was actually platted previously. Grimm spoke with one resident who was against the change, as it means he will have to change his address-discussion. Brandt moves to approve the naming of Abby Lane. Duman seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
9:15 a.m. Monica Walker regarding request for purchase of badges-these are a flexible plastic with a Velco attachment-discussion. Duman moves to approve the purchase as requested. Brandt seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
10:00 a.m. Connie Jensen-Blyth via TEAMS meeting, regarding SRCWMA and JPCWMA treatment bids-one bid received on each of the seven proposed projects.
Joseph Plains EDRR-Graning Ranch-$18,754.08; Joseph Plains New Invader-Graning Ranch-$27,562.70; Joseph Plains Jet Boat-Graning Ranch-$3,995. Salmon River EDRR-Carlin Weed Spraying-$18,000; Salmon River New Invader-Carlin Weed Spraying-$29,250; Salmon River Survey & Treat Jet Boat-Graning Ranch-$14,483.60; Salmon River Rapid River Poison Hemlock-Graning Ranch-$7,500. Brandt moves to approve the bids as presented. Duman seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
10:30 a.m. Brandt regarding bid opening for fire mitigation projects-Rad Mulching was the only bidder-$105,950 total-Smith Property-$16,800; Carruthers Property-$6,000; Kettle Property-$10,810; Fuchs Property-$24,840; Real Property-$7,800; Carter Property-$13,000; Dempsey Property-$4,100; Fredrickson Property-$22,600. Brandt moves to approve the bids as presented. Duman seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
10:45 a.m. Sandi Paul regarding Title III Search & Rescue funding. Discussion regarding needs on the Search & Rescue side of the budget. Commission directs Paul to move forward with budgeting needed items for the Sheriff’s Office pertaining to Search & Rescue activities.
11:00 a.m. Brandt moves to approve the minutes of May 25. Duman seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
Brandt moves to approve the Alcoholic Beverage License for Mackey Bar Outfitters & Guest Ranch. Duman seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
Brandt moves to approve the Orders for Cancellation as per Abbie Hudson. Lindsley seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
