The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

10:00 a.m. Brandt moves to go into Indigent proceedings pursuant to IC 31-874. Chmelik seconds. Roll call-all in favor.

0 Approval, 1 Denial, 0 Suspended/Tolled, 0-N1, 0 release-N1, 0-Liens, 0-Lien Release

 

10:05 a.m. End Executive Session

 

10:10 a.m. Chmelik moves to approve wage increase for ICSO Dispatcher, Sarah Cartwright, to $11.88 for successfully completing POST. Brandt seconds the motion. Motion carries with all in favor.

 

10:15 a.m. Board of Equalization reconvenes…

 

Riggins Associates–Rockwell moves to sustain the value for Riggins Associates. Chmelik seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.

 

Chamberland, Inc.—Rockwell moves to reduce the land and house assessment to $390,000. Brandt seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.

 

Harrold-Rockwell moves to sustain values. Brandt seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.

 

Jacks/Isaacson-Discussion. Chmelik moves to sustain value. Rockwell seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.

 

Charles-Discussion. Brandt moves to sustain value. Chmelik seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.
