9:30 a.m. The board convened with Commissioners Skip Brandt, Mark Frei and Denis Duman and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present.  Kirk MacGregor and Mike Cook also present.

Discussion regarding legal representation on Valley Paving case-Commission authorizes Kirk MacGregor to pursue finding alternate-will follow up with Commissioners.
