FEBRUARY SESSION             February 10, 2010            SECOND TERM DAY

 

 

            The Board met at l: 00 p.m. with all members present.

 

            1:00 p.m.          Skip made motion to enter into executive session for indigent hearing I C 31-874

James seconded.  Motion carried with all in favor.  Roll call taken.

 

            1:25 p.m.          Ended.  Regular session resumed.

 

            Shari Knierien via phone, re: question on a building permit and variance on putting in a septic tank and drill their own well.  Land is in the area of impact for Grangeville.

 

            Skip explained no building permit needed in Grangeville area of impact.

 

            Draft of new ordinance discussed – City will receive the draft for review.

 

            Request for variance on septic and water will wait until February 23, 2010 for decision – after commissioners meet with city of Grangeville.

 

            Jim made motion to deny indigent claim for case #0910116.  Skip seconded.  Motion carried with all in favor.

 

            The board adjourned at 2:30 p.m.
