 8:30 a.m. The board convened with Commissioners Skip Brandt, Ted Lindsley and Brad Higgins and Kathy Ackerman, Clerk present.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Higgins offered an opening prayer.

Brandt moves to amend the agenda to include an additional Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1) f for Legal.  Lindsley seconds.  Roll call-District 1-yes; District 2-yes; District 3-yes

Brandt moves to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b for Personnel.  Lindsley seconds.  Roll call-District 1-yes; District 2-yes; District 3-yes

8:55 a.m. Brandt moves to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a for Personnel.  Lindsley seconds.  Roll call-District 1-yes; District 2-yes; District 3-yes

9:02 a.m. End Executive Session

Brandt moves to approve a wage increase for 4-H Coordinator Jill Bruegeman.  Lindsley seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

9:30 a.m. Nadine McDonald presents year-end Juvenile Probation reports and pass-through funds agreement.  Discussion regarding case-load and types of cases.  Brandt moves to accept the reports.  Lindsley seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.

10:00 a.m. Commissioners review the additional form for the Fish & Wildlife Permit for raven depredation at the Elk City dumpster site-discussion.  Brandt moves to approve the supplemental document for the permit.  Lindsley seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

10:15 a.m. Brandt moves to approve the minutes of November 25. Lindsley seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve Orders for Cancellation as per Abbie Hudson.  Higgins seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the promotion of Detention Deputy James Myers to Corporal.  Lindsley seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the wage increase for Tyler Bakos for successful completion of POST.  Higgins seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the wage increase for Ben Lindsley for successful completion of POST.   Higgins seconds. Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the Catering Permit for the Silver Dollar Bar.  Lindsley seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the Certificate of Residency for Erin Chase.  Lindsley seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.

Brandt moves to approve the Order Approving Wavier for John Stanton.  Lindsley seconds.  Motion carries with all in favor.
