BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Idaho County:

WHEREAS, currently the Idaho County Board of Commissioners meet every Monday morning of the week, and

WHEREAS, the Idaho County Board of Commissioners have reviewed changing the Idaho County Board of Commissioner meetings from Monday morning to Tuesday morning, and

WHEREAS, after review of the advantages and disadvantages of changing said meeting date the Idaho County Board of Commissioners have decided to change the meetings from Monday morning to Tuesday morning.

The Idaho County Board of Commissioners feel that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Idaho County to have said meetings every Tuesday morning.

THEREFORE, based upon the above, and after careful consideration, the Idaho County Board of Commissioners hereby resolve to change the meeting date of the Idaho County Board of Commissioners from Monday mornings at 9:00 a.m., to Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m.
