An Ordinance of Idaho County, State of Idaho, Passed Pursuant to Authority of Idaho Code§ 67 -6526, adopting city of Kooskia Ordinance NO., establishing an area of an impact around the city of Kooskia.

Whereas, Idaho Code § 67 -6526, requires a governing board of Idaho County in the city of Kooskia to adopt by ordinance, an area of city impact within the unincorporated area of the county around the city of Kooskia, plans an ordinance to be applied in such area of city impact; and,

Whereas, Idaho County in the City to Kooskia have pursuant to Idaho Code § 67 -6526, conferred and negotiated in good faith the geographic area to be included within the area city impact and the plans an ordinances to be applied in such area of city impact; and,

Whereas, Idaho County and the city of Kooskia, in accordance and with the procedures required by law, have mutually agreed upon in the area of city impact for the unincorporated areas of Idaho County around the city of Kooskia, have mutually agreed upon the area of city impact; and,

Whereas, pursuant to such negotiations, the city of Kooskia passing and enacting city of Kooskia ordinance NO.regarding such area or impact; and,

Whereas, Idaho County and City of Kooskia Desire to Have Their Ordinance to Read As Nearly As Identical to the Others;

Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained By The commissioners of Idaho County, State of Idaho, as follows:

Idaho County in the city of Kooskia ordinance NO., as Idaho County ordinance NO., attached here to as exhibit “A”, thereby establishing an area of city impact within the unincorporated area of Idaho County around the city of Kooskia, and plans ordinance to be applied such area of impact.

This ordinance is enacted by Idaho County, State of Idaho on this 11 day of March, 1996.
