COUNTY OF IDAHO ORDINANCE No. 10.
An ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF THE IDAHO COUNTY BUILDING PERMIT ORDINANCE, NO. 8, ADOPTED ON THE 10th DAY OF February, 1975 AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF IDAHO COUNTY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That County of Idaho Ordinance No 8, adopted on the 10th day of February 1975, dealing with a building permit system within Idaho County, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That the effective date of such repeal and of this Ordinance shall be upon its passage, approval and publication.
The foregoing Ordinance was regularly passed and adopted by unanimous vote on this 14th day of October,1975.
