An ordinance of Idaho County, State of Idaho, passed pursuant authority of Idaho code §67 -6526, adopted city of Cottonwood ordinance No., establishing Marian impact around the city of Cottonwood.

Whereas, Idaho code § 67 – 6526 requires the governing board of Idaho County and city of Cottonwood to adopt by ordinance, an area of city impact within the unincorporated area of the county around the city of Cottonwood, and plans of ordinance to be applied in such area and impact; and,

Whereas, Idaho County and the city of Cottonwood have pursuant to Idaho code §67 -6526, conferred and negotiated in good faith the geographic area to be included within the area of city impact in a plans of ordinance be applied in such area of city impact; and,

Whereas, Idaho County and the city of Cottonwood, in ordinance with procedures required by law, had mutually agreed-upon area city impact for the unincorporated areas of Idaho County around the city of Cottonwood, a mutually agreed-upon area of city impact; and,

Whereas, pursuant to such negotiations, city of Cottonwood is passing and enacting city of Cottonwood ordinance No. regarding such area city impact; and,

Whereas, Idaho County and city of Cottonwood desired to have their ordinances read as nearly as identical to the others;

Now, therefore, be it ordained, by the commissioners of Idaho County, State of Idaho, as follows:

Idaho County adopts city of Cottonwood ordinance No., as Idaho County ordinance No. , attached hereto as exhibit “A”, thereby establish an area of city impacted in the unincorporated area of Idaho County around the city of Cottonwood, and plans and ordinance to be applied in such area city impact.
