52. (Amends Ord. #34) Grangeville Planning and Zoning Commision

IDAHO COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 52
AN ORDINANCE OF IDAHO COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING IDAHO COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 34 PASSED PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF IDAHO CODE §67-6526, MODIFYING THE MAKEUP OF THE GRANGEVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND ADOPTING AS AN AMENDMENT TO IDAHO COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 34, THE CITY OF GRANGEVILLE’S ORDINANCE NO. 793 AND 794 REDUCING THE SIZE AND MODIFYING THE MAKEUP OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GRANGEVILLE, AND ESTABLISHING THAT THERE WILL BE ONE (1) REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE AREA OF CITY IMPACT THAT EITHER LIVE WITHIN THE AREA OF CITY IMPACT OR ARE REAL ESTATE OWNERS WITHIN THE AREA OF CITY IMPACT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR THE ORDINANCE BECOMING EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL, AND PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF IDAHO COUNTY:
SECTION 1: Idaho County Ordinance No. 34 shall be amended as follows:
Grangeville City Ordinance No. 793 passed by the City of Grangeville on the 5th day of December, 2005, and Grangeville City Ordinance No. 794 also passed on the same date are attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit B. The county hereby adopts the amended makeup of the Grangeville Planning and Zoning Commission, as reflected in Grangeville Ordinances No. 793 and 794, which are attached. The representative of the area of City impact shall either be a resident of the area of City impact or own a real estate interest located within the area of City impact and that person shall be the voting/member of the Grangeville Planning and Zoning Commission described in Grangeville City Ordinances No. 793 and 793.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be enacted by Idaho County, Idaho on the 8th day of February, 2006.
