SPONSOR’S AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE LOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT

AND PERMISSION TO ENTER

Be it resolved that the Idaho County Commissioners, County of Idaho, State of Idaho, convened and with quorum present this 22^nd day of September 1986, by virtue of the statutory authority vested in it by the State of Idaho in I.C.A. §31-601 et seq. does hereby authorize and approve entering into an agreement with the United States of America through its Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, for flood control measures, Lawyer Creek, City of Kamiah, and Idaho and Lewis Counties, State of Idaho, for flood control purposes. The County Commissioners further resolve to cooperate with the United States of America to fulfill the provisions of said agreement and grant and/or assign to the United States of America the right for itself or its agents and assigns to enter upon land for which the County has obtained or will obtain rights sufficient to allow the Government to carry out, construct and prosecute this project.
