AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF IDAHO COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 25, IMPOSING NEW LANDING FEES FOR CERTAIN LARGE AIRCRAFT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPORTING OF HEAVY AIRCRAFT USE ON A MONTHLY BASIS: PROVIDING FOR THE ORDINANCE BECOMING EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF IDAHO, COUNTY STATE OF IDAHO:

SECTION 1: County Ordinance No. 25 is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:

Section 6: There shall be imposed upon all aircraft of gross 20,000 lbs. gross landing weight shall keep his own records on a monthly basis for each calendar month. At the beginning and by the second Monday of the following calendar month, such records shall be submitted to the Idaho County Clerk, together with the appropriate fee for the preceding month. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to extend the time for the receipt of payment by appropriate order entered in its minutes.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval and publication.

The ordinance passed at a regular meeting of the Idaho County Commissioners held on the 19^th day of September, 1985.
