IDAHO COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 25
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF IDAHO COUNTY ORDINANCE NO 1; PROVIDING FOR THE RETENTION OF ALL PARTS OF IDAHO COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 1. BUT ADDITIONALLY IMPOSING LANDING HEAVY AIRCRAFT USE ON A MONTHLY BASIS; PROVIDING FOR THE REPORTING OF ORDINANCE BECOMING EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL, AND PUBLICATION:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF IDAHO COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF IDAHO COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1: County Ordinance No. 1 is hereby amended to include a new section within the body of Idaho County Ordinance No. 1 known as Rules and Regulations for the Idaho County Airport. Such new section shall be designated as part of Chap. 2, and shall be known as Chapter 2, Section 6, and shall read as follows, to wit:
Section 6: There shall be imposed upon all aircraft of a gross landing weight of 20,000 lbs. or more that use the Idaho County Airport, a landing fee. That fee shall be calculated at the rate of 50 cents per each 1,000 lbs. of gross landing weight.
Each user of the Idaho County Airport landing aircraft above the 20,000 lb. gross landing weight shall keep his own records on a monthly basis for each calendar month. At the beginning and by the second Monday of the following calendar month, such records shall be submitted to the Idaho County Clerk, together with the appropriate fee for the preceding month. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to extend the time for the receipt of payment by appropriate order entered in its minutes.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval and publication.
This ordinance passed at a regular meeting of the Idaho County Commissioners held on the 11th day of July, 1984.
