The Idaho County Commissioners are in the process of establishing a Board of Community Guardians and are seeking qualified individuals to serve on the board and as guardians.  Per Idaho Statues, these positions are volunteer positions and no compensation will be offered for those selected for appointment to the Board.


The duties of board members include reviewing applications for potential wards, reviewing applications for guardians and conservators, coordinating the process and appointment of guardians/conservators to particular wards, and ensuring that the needs of people already placed through the County community guardian program are properly addressed.

Election Results and other important information is posted on our website as we endeavor to provide a helpful online tool, with public information that is available to anyone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
