When you apply for an Idaho Driver's License or Identification Card, you will need to bring the following items with you:
  • Valid proof of Idaho residency
  • Valid proof of age and identity
The cost of an Idaho Driver's License (Class D) is:
  • 4 year license (age 21 and over) $24.50
  • 8 year license (age 21 to 62) $45.00
The cost of an Idaho Identification Card is:
  • 4 year (age 21 and over) $7.50
  • 8 year (age 21 and over) $15.00
